AspiXR Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 18/07/2026
Last updated: 18/07/2026
These Terms and Conditions (Terms) form a legal agreement between you and XRY Ltd concerning your download, subscription to, access to, and use of AspiXR and related support services (AspiXR or the Services).
Please read these Terms and the separate Trading and Copy-Trading Risk Disclosure carefully. You must affirmatively accept the current versions before each new user-initiated connection or authentication to a Provider. By accepting them or using AspiXR, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not connect a Provider account or use AspiXR to submit, modify, or cancel an order.
1. About XRY Ltd
The Services are supplied by:
- XRY Ltd
- Company number: 16932214
- Registered in: England and Wales
- Support: support@aspixr.com
- Privacy: privacy@aspixr.com
2. What AspiXR is
AspiXR is an independent software terminal designed to allow eligible users to view market and account information and send instructions to supported TopstepX and Rithmic-connected services from an iPhone or iPad.
XRY Ltd is not a broker, exchange, clearing firm, custodian, bank, financial institution, prop firm, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, portfolio manager, fiduciary, or provider of trading signals. XRY Ltd does not hold customer funds, open or administer provider accounts, execute or clear trades, determine whether a provider accepts an order, or make trading decisions for you.
Your provider account, market access, data, order acceptance, execution, clearing, evaluation, reward eligibility, and account rules are supplied or controlled by TopstepX, Rithmic, and/or the relevant prop firm, broker, or trading firm (Provider). Your relationship with each Provider is governed by separate terms. AspiXR does not replace those terms.
References to Providers and third-party products do not imply sponsorship, partnership, certification, or endorsement except to the extent expressly confirmed in writing by the relevant third party.
AspiXR is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Topstep, TopstepX, ProjectX, or their affiliates. References to “TopstepX” and “ProjectX” identify only the independent Provider or API selected by the user. Users must enable their own API access and provide their own valid credentials or API key.
3. Eligibility and supported accounts
You may use AspiXR only if:
- you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement;
- use of AspiXR is lawful where you are located;
- you have a valid, eligible account and credentials issued by a supported Provider;
- your Provider permits the proposed connection, market data, and order activity;
- you comply with all Provider, prop-firm, exchange, market-data, and account rules; and
- you are not subject to sanctions or another restriction that prohibits XRY Ltd or a Provider from supplying the relevant service.
At launch, AspiXR is intended only for supported practice, combine/evaluation, express-funded, and equivalent Rithmic-connected accounts. Some supported accounts may generate withdrawable rewards even though they are not ordinary live brokerage accounts. You must not use AspiXR with an unsupported account or in a manner prohibited by a Provider.
We may restrict countries, Providers, account types, features, or access where reasonably required for legal, security, technical, contractual, or provider-compliance reasons.
4. Provider credentials and device security
You enter and use your own Provider credentials. You authorise the app to use them from your device to connect to the Provider and perform the functions you select.
Before each new user-initiated Provider connection or authentication, AspiXR will require you to accept the applicable Terms and Trading Risk Disclosure. Automatic technical reconnects within the same accepted session may occur without an additional prompt so that the app can restore and reconcile Provider state. A new prompt will be required if no valid local acceptance receipt exists or the applicable documents have materially changed.
You must:
- keep your device, passcode, Apple Account, Provider credentials, and authentication methods secure;
- not share credentials with XRY Ltd through email, Discord, screenshots, or diagnostics;
- promptly revoke or change credentials if they may have been compromised;
- prevent unauthorised access to an unlocked device or active trading session; and
- comply with each Provider's credential-sharing and API-access rules.
AspiXR is designed to store Provider credentials locally using iOS security facilities and to connect directly from your device to the Provider. See the Privacy Policy for current details and limitations.
5. Licence and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms and an active entitlement where required, XRY Ltd grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use AspiXR on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with applicable App Store rules, solely for your own lawful use.
You must not:
- copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit AspiXR except as expressly permitted;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass, or attempt to extract source code except to the limited extent a restriction is prohibited by law or an applicable open-source licence;
- bypass subscriptions, entitlement controls, security controls, rate limits, Provider restrictions, or territorial controls;
- interfere with, overload, probe, scrape, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to AspiXR, a Provider, or another system;
- use AspiXR for fraud, manipulation, abuse, unlawful trading, credential theft, malicious automation, or infringement of another person's rights;
- transmit malware or use AspiXR to harm XRY Ltd, a Provider, another user, or a market; or
- falsely represent an affiliation with XRY Ltd or use XRY Ltd's names, marks, or content without permission.
6. Subscriptions, free trial, cancellation, and refunds
AspiXR is offered through a monthly auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. The standard monthly price is 6.99, with a launch price of 2.99 where offered. The applicable currency, current price, launch-offer availability, trial terms, and included functionality will be shown by Apple before purchase. The price displayed by Apple at the time of purchase governs your subscription.
Eligible new subscribers may be offered a seven-day free trial, as shown by Apple. Unless you cancel before the trial or current billing period ends, the subscription will automatically renew and Apple will charge the payment method associated with your Apple Account at the price shown by Apple, subject to Apple's renewal rules and notices.
You can manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; deleting the app does not itself cancel a subscription.
Apple processes payment and refund requests. Refund availability is governed by applicable law and Apple's policies. Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory cancellation, refund, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a subscription expires, is refunded, revoked, or cannot be renewed, all AspiXR functionality will become unavailable when the entitlement ends. If you cancel, functionality normally remains available until the end of the current entitled period. Loss of access does not cancel Provider-held orders or close positions. You remain responsible for checking and managing your Provider account through the Provider's standard terminal or support channels.
7. Your responsibility before sending an order
You alone decide whether, when, where, and how to trade. Before submitting any instruction, you must verify the selected Provider, account, copied accounts, instrument, contract month, order side, order type, price, quantity, bracket configuration, stop-loss, profit targets, and other settings.
You must not rely on interface colour, position, a chart drawing, a local preview, a confirmation animation, or a displayed status as a substitute for checking the Provider's authoritative account and order state.
You are responsible for:
- understanding the instrument, Provider rules, and economic consequences of an instruction;
- monitoring every connected and copied account while AspiXR is in use;
- checking whether each instruction was accepted, rejected, partially filled, filled, modified, or cancelled;
- checking whether protective orders were accepted and remain working;
- maintaining suitable internet access, power, device security, and an updated supported operating system; and
- keeping access to the Provider's standard terminal and emergency support route.
8. How order instructions work
AspiXR transmits an instruction from your device to the selected Provider. XRY Ltd does not execute the trade. An instruction is not effective merely because you tapped, swiped, dragged, previewed, or submitted it in AspiXR. It becomes a Provider order only if and when the Provider accepts it.
Network delay, message loss, stale state, rejection, reconnect, or a missing acknowledgement can make an order's status uncertain. Do not repeatedly submit an instruction solely because a response appears delayed. First reconcile the authoritative order and position state with the Provider.
AspiXR does not intentionally retry a new order automatically when acknowledgement is lost. It attempts to reconcile order and position state from Provider events and snapshots. This reduces automatic duplicate-order risk but cannot prevent you from manually creating a duplicate by resubmitting before reconciliation is complete.
Prices, positions, buying power, account status, and order status displayed in AspiXR may be delayed, incomplete, stale, or inconsistent with the Provider during fast markets, connectivity issues, maintenance, or reconnection. The Provider's records govern unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Electronic trading and software risks
Electronic trading involves systems outside XRY Ltd's control, including your device, iOS, internet connection, Apple services, market-data services, exchanges, Providers, prop firms, brokers, and Rithmic infrastructure. Any component may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, incompatible, inaccurate, or fail.
Risks include:
- an instruction being delayed, lost, rejected, duplicated, or received after you expected;
- an order being submitted with an unintended account, symbol, side, quantity, type, or price because of user input, stale state, configuration, or a software defect;
- delayed or missing confirmations, order updates, fills, cancellations, or position updates;
- rejection or partial completion of a create, modify, or cancel request;
- market-data delay, chart error, stale price, incorrect display, or temporary inconsistency;
- an app crash, operating-system suspension, device failure, battery loss, network transition, or reconnection problem;
- a Provider, exchange, or market-data outage, rule change, maintenance event, rate limit, or API change;
- slippage, gaps, thin liquidity, fast markets, price limits, and fills at prices different from a preview; and
- loss of an evaluation, account status, fees, rewards, opportunity, or other economic benefit.
No software safeguard, confirmation, risk setting, stop, target, OCO relationship, or local warning eliminates these risks. You must review the separate Trading and Copy-Trading Risk Disclosure before using order-entry features.
10. Stops, profit targets, brackets, and OCOs
After successful submission and acceptance, supported stop-loss, profit-target, and OCO instructions are intended to be maintained by the relevant Provider.
A protective order is not guaranteed to be accepted, activated, maintained, or filled. A stop order may fill at a materially different price, and an OCO relationship may not prevent both legs from filling during latency, rapid markets, partial fills, rejection, provider error, or unsupported configuration.
Even though bracket orders may be sent through a single instruction, if an entry order, bracket instruction, child bracket order, stop, target, modification or cancellation is rejected, delayed, partially accepted or not yet reconciled, a position may be temporarily or permanently unprotected. You must verify each working order directly and remain able to manage or close the position through the Provider’s standard terminal.
For workflows that submit multiple bracket children separately, an accepted child remains active if another child is rejected. AspiXR does not automatically cancel or roll back the accepted child and does not automatically retry the rejected child. You must review the resulting Provider state and make any necessary correction.
Any future client-managed risk feature, including a local rule that moves a stop after a price threshold, depends on the app and device remaining operational and connected until the resulting instruction is accepted by the Provider. Such a feature must not be treated as server-held protection.
11. Copy trading
Copy trading is a convenience tool, not guaranteed replication. It sends the leader instruction first and copies only leader child instructions reported as accepted. Follower quantities are copied without automatic proportional scaling, and rejected follower instructions are not automatically retried. It cannot ensure identical acceptance, timing, price, quantity, fill, position, bracket, or result.
Accounts can diverge because of different balances, permissions, account states, risk rules, rate limits, latency, connectivity, price movement, rejection, partial fills, Provider behaviour, or software error. A source account may fill while another account rejects, partially fills, remains working, or develops a different position. OCO instructions associated with one account do not protect a different account.
You must monitor every copied account individually, verify every resulting order and position, and take corrective action through AspiXR or the Provider's standard terminal. Disabling copy trading prevents future copy actions; it does not cancel existing Provider-held orders or close positions.
Before enabling copy trading, you will be required to accept a separate prominent risk acknowledgement. Copy trading is used entirely at your own trading risk, subject always to liability that XRY Ltd cannot lawfully exclude.
12. Risk settings and Provider rules
Provider-side risk restrictions are determined and enforced by the Provider. Local settings or warnings supplied by AspiXR are supplementary user-interface tools and are not a guarantee that an instruction will be blocked, accepted, rejected, or contained.
You remain responsible for all Provider and prop-firm rules, including permitted products, times, quantities, daily limits, drawdown, consistency, copy trading, device/API use, evaluation, and reward eligibility. XRY Ltd is not responsible for a Provider changing, interpreting, or enforcing its rules, or suspending, terminating, or refusing payment on an account.
13. No investment advice or performance promise
AspiXR supplies software functionality only. Nothing in the app, website, Discord community, documentation, support, chart, drawing, example, default, risk setting, or feature description is investment, financial, legal, tax, brokerage, or trading advice; a recommendation; a signal; an offer; or a solicitation.
XRY Ltd does not assess suitability, monitor your trading for your benefit, act as a fiduciary, or promise profitability, passing an evaluation, maintaining funded status, receiving a reward, avoiding loss, or achieving any particular execution speed.
Historical, simulated, practice, or evaluation results do not guarantee future results. Futures and leveraged trading can cause rapid and substantial loss or other economic consequences.
14. Availability, changes, and support
We may add, change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or third-party requirements, respond to Provider/API changes, or improve the Services. We do not promise that a Provider, feature, device, operating system, account type, or integration will remain supported.
We aim to provide reasonable support through support@aspixr.com and the official Discord community at https://discord.gg/S3AVzSBeF. Support is not a trading desk or emergency order service. We do not promise a response time, resolution time, continuous monitoring, recovery of trading losses, or implementation of a requested feature.
Community feedback may influence the roadmap, but statements about planned, beta, or requested features are not commitments and may change.
15. Third-party services
AspiXR depends on third-party services and software, including Apple, TopstepX, Rithmic, connected trading firms, exchanges, market-data services, and open-source components. Those services may impose separate terms, change functionality, restrict access, experience outages, or end support.
XRY Ltd is not responsible for a third party's acts, omissions, data, prices, rules, availability, security, order handling, account decisions, or contractual relationship with you, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Intellectual property
Except for third-party and open-source materials, AspiXR, its software, design, text, graphics, branding, and documentation are owned by XRY Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Open-source components remain governed by their applicable licences. Required acknowledgements and licence texts will be provided in the app, website, distribution materials, or source repository as appropriate.
“Topstep”, “TopstepX”, “ProjectX”, “TradingView”, “Rithmic”, “R | API+”, “R | Protocol API”, “Trading Platform by Rithmic”, “OMNE”, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Your use of AspiXR does not grant rights in those marks. XRY Ltd will not use Topstep, TopstepX, or ProjectX logos, platform screenshots, platform content, co-branding, or marketing materials unless separate written permission has been obtained.
17. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that you:
- breached these Terms or a material Provider requirement;
- used AspiXR unlawfully, fraudulently, maliciously, abusively, or in a way that harms XRY Ltd, a Provider, another person, or system;
- created a security, legal, regulatory, or operational risk;
- attempted unauthorised access or circumvention; or
- must be restricted to comply with law, sanctions, a court order, Apple requirements, or a Provider obligation.
Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Immediate action may be necessary for security, illegality, fraud, or serious harm.
Suspension or termination of AspiXR does not cancel Provider-held orders, close positions, end a Provider relationship, or automatically cancel an App Store subscription. You remain responsible for managing those matters through the Provider and Apple.
18. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AspiXR is supplied “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or Provider, accurate, timely, free of harmful components, or suitable for your particular purpose.
We do not warrant that an instruction will be transmitted once, accepted, filled, modified, cancelled, synchronized, protected, or displayed without delay or error, or that any risk control will prevent a loss or Provider-rule breach.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any promise, warranty, service standard, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable obligation to provide digital content or services with reasonable care and skill.
19. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; deliberate misconduct where liability cannot lawfully be excluded; breach of a non-excludable statutory right; or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
Subject to that paragraph, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- XRY Ltd is not responsible for market movements, trading decisions, Provider decisions, Provider rules, rejected or partially filled orders, slippage, exchange or Provider outages, third-party data, internet or device failure, unauthorised device use, or your failure to verify and monitor accounts;
- XRY Ltd is not responsible for loss arising from use of an unsupported account, breach of Provider rules, sharing credentials, ignoring warnings, failing to maintain access to a Provider terminal, or continuing to trade when status is uncertain;
- XRY Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, anticipated profit, anticipated reward, goodwill, business, or data, where such exclusion is lawful.
Subject to the liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, XRY Ltd’s total liability to you for all claims arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of: (a) the subscription fees you paid for AspiXR during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) £100.
The cap and exclusions in this section do not apply where unfair, unreasonable, or prohibited by applicable law. Your statutory remedies remain available.
20. Your responsibility for unlawful misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, costs, and third-party claims suffered by XRY Ltd that are directly caused by your deliberate unlawful use of AspiXR, infringement of another person's rights, credential misuse, unauthorised access, or material breach of the acceptable-use restrictions. This does not require a consumer to compensate XRY Ltd for losses caused by XRY Ltd's own breach or negligence, and it does not limit non-excludable consumer rights.
21. Reporting suspected defects or disputed orders
If you suspect an order-entry or account-state defect:
- stop using the affected feature if continued use may increase risk;
- immediately inspect and manage the authoritative account through the Provider's standard terminal or support route;
- preserve relevant Provider order identifiers, timestamps, account identifiers, app version, device/OS version, screenshots, and diagnostics;
- remove passwords and authentication tokens; and
- contact support@aspixr.com with a factual description.
We may investigate and provide reasonable technical support, but support does not manage your account, reverse a trade, guarantee recovery, admit liability, or replace contacting the Provider. Evidence will be handled under the Privacy Policy.
If AspiXR is unavailable, use the Provider's official platform or support route directly, such as TopstepX or R Trader Pro/Rithmic where applicable, to inspect the authoritative account, cancel orders, flatten positions, or manage risk.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, the Services, Providers, security, pricing, or business operations. The current Terms will be available in the app and on the website. Material changes may be notified in-app, through an App Store update, or through the official Discord community, and may require renewed acceptance.
Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued statutory rights. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must stop using AspiXR and manage subscription cancellation through Apple.
23. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to courts that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law of your residence. Before filing a claim, you and XRY Ltd should first attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through written notice to support@aspixr.com, except where urgent relief or a mandatory right applies.
24. General
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent; XRY Ltd may transfer them as part of a genuine reorganisation, financing, sale, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable consumer law.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Trading and Copy-Trading Risk Disclosure, the App Store purchase terms, and any mandatory Provider terms form the agreement relevant to your use of AspiXR. If an Apple term applies and conflicts with these Terms, the Apple term governs only to the extent required for App Store distribution.
